1. Download procedures
The download procedures for the data we provide (hereinafter referred to as “this data”) are as follows.
  • You can download this data only if you agree to our “Download and use licensing terms.” Read the “Download and use licensing terms” at the bottom of this page, check the check box if you agree, and then click the “Go to Download Center” button.
  • Log in from the certification screen by entering your ID and password that we have provided.
  • Enter user information.
  • After confirming the content of entry of user information, advance to the download page. Click the "Download" button for the data you want.
2. Purpose of user information
The Tokyo University of Science will manage user information according to our personal information protection policy and privacy policy, and we will also use it to contact you to provide information from us. If you would like to change or delete the user information you have registered, please send your message to contact@tsuji-lab.com.

Download and use licensing agreement
1. Licensing of the right of use
  • Through this agreement, The Tokyo University of Science licenses the right for you to obtain the data we provide (hereinafter referred to as "this data") yourself and access to it using your own computer (regardless of personal or corporate computer).
  • When you reprint this data, specify that it is data provided by "Prof. Takashi Tsuji, The Tokyo University of Science" and cite the thesis concerned.
  • When you have reprinted and used this data, please submit a copy of the printed material / circulation, such as the article, thesis, and data concerned.
2. Contents of download and use of this data
The use of this data that you can download from this site shall be as follows: to deepen understanding on our research and to use image data, etc., that are suitable for publicity at high resolution. Any other use of this data is prohibited.

4. Other rights and restrictions
  • The Tokyo University of Science may not permit (one-sidedly) the downloading of this data by a company or individual that, we determine, may take an above-mentioned prohibited action, damage or otherwise cause harm to our company.
  • This agreement complies with Japanese law. Resolution of any lawsuit or other conflict that might occur between users and our company regarding this agreement will be handled by Tokyo District Court.
  • The data we currently provide is different from previously published data. Regarding data whose copyright is owned by a publisher, please contact the publisher concerned directly.
5. Copyright
The copyright of this data belongs to The Tokyo University of Science, and this data is protected according to the Copyright Act and a regulation of an international treaty.
6. Indemnity
  • Regarding any direct or indirect damage that is caused as a result of data use or operation, or as a result of operation of a browser for this data, our company and any company, group, and individual associated with us shall assume no responsibility and shall not compensate for damages.
  • We may change or discontinue providing this data without advanced notice to users. On that occasion, it is possible that this data cannot be used, or direct or indirect damage may occur to users, for which we shall assume no responsibility and shall not compensate for damages.
