< Development of organ regenerating techniques by manipulating single cells >

Organ-replacement therapy is a novel regeneration therapy technology that replacement of the dysfunction organ by three-dimensional reconstructed artificial organ composed of manipulating single cells. In previous research, we have developed a method for reconstruction of fully functioning tooth by using cells obtained from developing tooth germs. To establish the basic technologies of the organ-replacement therapy, we are developing the methods for regulation of tooth size and shape.
