< Research for induction of tooth organogenesis using pluripotent stem cells >

Our aim is to create one of whole organ using pluripotent stem cells. In order to realize the organ replacement as future regenerative therapies, it is necessary to develop the technology for creating three-dimensional bioengineered organ and to isolate the available cell source capable to generate the organ. In this study, we'd like to establish a method for creating bioengineered organ using pluripotent stem cells and apply this method into the regeneration of the various organs.
